Found a bug? Open an issue and we will work on it. This form of support is mostly for bugs or feature suggestions but you can also ask questions, we usually answer and other users might answer as well.

To get help on a specific question or problem please use Stack Overflow with tag [sejda]. We monitor these questions.

Email

We don't provide support by email, you will need to purchase a Pro or Enterprise license or some Premium support for that.

Premium support and Custom works

Email

We provide premium support at the price of $200/hour (min 1 hour). Send us a support request, we will asses it and come back to you. We can assist you by email, chat, video call but we don't provide phone assistance. We require you to buy the first hour upfront.

Custom Work

We can help you build or customize your Sejda SDK project. Send us a custom work request, we will asses it and come back to you. Our price is $200/hour or $1500/day.
